We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email@handheldheaven.com] with your order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved returns.

Return Reasons

• Defective/Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you (including free return shipping).

• Buyer’s Remorse/Changed Mind: If you change your mind, items must be in original, unused condition with packaging. (also includes free return shipping)
